Event Venue and Vacation Rental Mexico City

Behind the massive, ancient doors at Seminario XII is a world of wood, stone and light that is both timeless and bewitching. Stand in the courtyard at dusk and you just might hear the foosteps of Hernán Cortés as he paced deep in thought.

You may hear the horses being led from the street and put down with food and water in the back, where the stables used to be. If you close your eyes, you may see a fine lady picking her way up the stone stairs, being careful not to step on her long skirts.

Seminario XII is located in the very center of the largest city in the world, Mexico City. The building shares the same street as the entrance to the Templo Mayor and faces Mexico City's main cathedral. Seminario XII has hosted banquets and ceremonies for over three hundred years. The building has seen a host of souls pass under its stone lintels, serving as everything from a granary to a private home.

Now, after extensive and loving restoration, Seminario XII is open to a select few as a vacation rental or an event venue. It currently offers a range of rooms suitable for sit-down receptions of up to 300 people, and accommodation for 4 people in 2 suites.
